Canning oh canning!

Pears, peaches, tomatoes oh my! They great time of the year has arrived yet again. I wonder what it is like to can fall fruits in cool weather!? It is by far the most unfair aspect of prepping fruit for hours on end. We have concurred two boxes of pears that gave us 90+ bottles of beautiful and yummy pears. I look forward to the peaches and maters because they are so much easier. Thankyou Mom for letting us use your kitchen, it was covered with simple syrup pear chunks and juices every where. It will be a year till that comes out and then we shall can all over again!
