Mr. and Mr. Pooper Scooper x 2

He is ours!

So the day of us finalizing in court, Monday April 25th has come and gone. Im going to be honest I was a bit spooked going into an official courtroom. I could only imagine the feelings if one was going in guilty! Brad on the other hand was wigging. Sweaty palm and all! I didn't' tell him about being sworn in till we were on our way out the door, it would have only made his day stressful right?! Brent Ellsworth our amazing attorney prepared us well and even though the thought of us being sworn into the courts was daunting I knew that the adoption would go through. We survived! The judge was so great, and we really feel so blessed to have Brayden officially ours. I always had the feeling that he was on loan to us if we were great parents and didn't mess up and that some how he would be taken if we were not super parents. We are looking forward to more great pictures and the sealing this Thursday!.

As for a second highlight. We went to Olive garden to celebrate, only to get put in a section that didn't have a waitress for 20 minutes. I was fuming angry and as we got up to leave she finally came to the table. It wasn't her fault and she did try to be a great waitress but in the end our meal was compted. Sweet! As for the rest of our court story I wrote the whole drama out in Braydens Blog. We got our adoption for free and a dinner to olive for free as well. Moral of the story, Dont be afraid to fight decently and fairly, and always pay your tithing.

Nichols family Reunion

The family finally got together after 10 or more years. We had such a fun and up lifiting weekend full of family! The Randalls and Nichols were able to attend an endowment session, easter pageant, a huge potluck dinner and of coarse a real rodeo. We had bucking, and amazing food. ">

Just call me Mr. Vice President.

Of the HOA that is...

Life is great~

We have so much fun at the Westcores Kids club every Thursday. Kids and mommy s come to sing songs, eat discounted lunches at chickfila and ride the carousel for free. We are officially rid of our puppy litter of 7. Life is returning to a more calm norm. Jessica is staying pretty busy with the salon and house chores. Little Taylor was in a serious need for a cut so I spruced both Ray and T up. They both look great! Spring is here and it won't be long till we are out swimming. Mr. HOA vice president was able to help with our neighborhoods Spring festival. He is in charge of the neighborhood watch program. Last night we had a 2 1/2 hour safety presentation at our home with the local Sherriff. There is alot of stuff that we learned and will be implementing to have a more safe neighborhood and home.

We are at it again!

Dad is on the ward softball team. He plays the outfield and seems to do pretty well with batting. We go and watch Friday nights and Brayden just loves laying in the grass relaxing in the beautiful evenings.
Chicken! So easy to do! The girls got together at moms to do some canning for our food storage, Ray goes through her supply in a matter of months instead of a year though. We are so excited for the Bowles. Brad got accepted to both Tuscon and the PHX campus for med schools. They are looking for home in Gilbert to settle down in and stay for a while. I could not be happier, since Ray is my only friend. It would have been so lonely with them gone with 3 of the 4 grand babies. As for me, I am staying busy in the salon at home. I have a really great clientele. I just worry about having a good 150 people coming to my home with Brayden now. I blame the parents that were so overprotective and careful with us while growing up!. It is a great thing we have an alarm system for some reassurance.
